Terms and Conditions

The reservation becomes effective upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay.

This deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days before the arrival date.

The balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the start of the stay.

In case of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is not refunded.

In case of cancellation less than 7 days in advance, the full amount is due.

The tenant agrees to respect the house rules and use the premises with care. Any damage to furniture, equipment, or property must be reported no later than upon departure (check-out). Repair or replacement costs will be the tenant's responsibility.

In the event of failure to report, legal action may be taken to cover any damages incurred. A €500 deposit is required prior to arrival, by bank transfer or other agreed method. It will be returned within 7 days of departure, provided there is no damage or non-compliance with the rental conditions.

The entire house is rented for strictly private use, to a maximum of 8 people. No commercial accommodation, events, or subletting is permitted.

Failure to comply with these conditions may result in immediate interruption of the stay, without reimbursement.

Regulations

Arrival from 4 p.m. – Departure before 10 a.m.

The house is a place of relaxation and pleasure, but with respect for the calm of the countryside and the neighborhood.

Music and socializing are welcome, as long as they remain reasonable, especially in the evening.

Noisy parties and events are strictly prohibited.

Only registered people can stay overnight on site (maximum 8 people).

Small animals are accepted only upon prior request.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside. Minimum age to book: 30 years old.

Please note: The layout of the land and the typical architecture of trulli houses can present a risk of falling for unsupervised children. Please take this into account for your safety.

Privacy

We only collect data strictly necessary to manage your reservation and comply with legal obligations (name, first name, contact details, identity information).

This data is used only for the purposes of your stay and is neither resold nor shared for commercial purposes.

They are stored securely and kept for a maximum of one year after your departure. You can request access, rectification, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We comply with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) regulations.
