The house is located in the heart of the Itria Valley, an emblematic territory of Puglia, famous for its hilly landscapes, centuries-old trulli and white villages like Cisternino, Martina Franca or Locorotondo. A few kilometers away, you can enjoy the wild beaches of the Adriatic coast, farmers' markets, family trattorie and the extraordinary culinary richness of the region: fresh burrata, olive oils, local wines, artisanal orecchiette… Whether you are a fan of relaxation, walks, photography, or gastronomy, Puglia offers an experience that is both simple and unforgettable.

The rooms

Spread throughout the trulli, Albia's four bedrooms each offer an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. The thick stone walls ensure coolness and silence, even in the height of summer. Each room has its own shower room with private toilet, ensuring comfort and independence for all guests. The beds are made up for your arrival with quality linens. Storage, soft lighting, and thoughtful details complete these cocoons designed to welcome families or friends in a spirit of calm and conviviality.

The kitchen

Albia's indoor kitchen is designed for those who enjoy cooking together, in complete simplicity. Functional and well-equipped (induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), it allows you to prepare your meals just like at home. You'll also find all the necessary dishes and utensils for 8 people, as well as many elements designed for lovers of Mediterranean cuisine. Located in the heart of the trulli, it communicates with the outside, making it a space with fluid circulation, pleasant to live in at any time of the day.

The veranda

Open to the garden and protected from the wind, the veranda is the heart of the house in summer. It's a great place to enjoy an early morning coffee, a spot to read in the shade, or a place to gather at the end of the day for an aperitif. Furnished to accommodate up to 10 people, it offers a direct view of the olive grove. It's a living space in its own right, designed to allow you to savor every moment outdoors... without leaving the comfort of your own home.

The swimming pool

At the heart of the property, the private swimming pool (10 x 4 m) is a place of freshness, relaxation, and sharing. It is surrounded by 8 deckchairs equipped with comfortable mattresses, 4 parasols, and offers an unobstructed view of the century-old olive trees and dry stone walls that border the grounds. Whether for a morning swim, a nap by the water, or a dip at sunset, the pool is accessible at any time of day. Pool towels are provided for each guest, and the discreet lighting also allows you to enjoy the ambiance in the evening. A simple and elegant place, perfectly integrated into the natural environment of Albia.

The outdoor living room

Designed to extend outdoor dining, the summer kitchen is equipped with a barbecue with fireplace, a sink, a small refrigerator, and an induction hob. It is located just steps from the pool and veranda, allowing you to cook while remaining at the heart of outdoor life. A large table and an occasional lounge complete the space, ideal for midday grills as well as for cozy dinners under the stars. This simple and well-designed space allows you to cook outdoors without sacrificing comfort, with a direct view of the olive grove.

The garden

The grounds surrounding Albia extend over more than two hectares, populated by ancient olive trees, fig trees, almond trees, and citrus trees. It is a vibrant place, changing with the seasons, which can be explored on foot, in silence, or where you can simply sit and listen to the cicadas. At each hour of the day, the light creates a new setting. Small resting areas have been created in different corners of the garden for reading, chatting, or napping in the shade of the olive trees. A pétanque court and a Molkky game are also available for the more playful.
